  • Employer Accounts: For organizations posting job opportunities and searching for candidates
  • Pro Subscriptions: Premium features for job seekers with enhanced tools and visibility

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4.1 Content Violations

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or clearance status
  • Submitting classified, confidential, or proprietary information
  • Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Uploading content containing malware or harmful code
  • Posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening content

4.2 Platform Abuse

  • Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service
  • Circumventing rate limits or security measures
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Service
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose

4.3 Employment Violations

  • Posting fraudulent job listings
  • Discriminating against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Collecting fees from job seekers for job placement
  • Using candidate information for purposes unrelated to employment

5. Resume and Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including resumes, profile information, and application materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service
  • Share your User Content with employers as directed by you
  • Process your User Content through AI tools when you use those features
  • Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to submit the User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights
  • Your User Content is accurate and not misleading
  • Your User Content does not contain classified or sensitive government information

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our Service includes AI-powered features for resume analysis, optimization, and interview preparation. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated suggestions
  • AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using AI features
  • Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers

7. Employer Terms

If you use the Service as an employer, you additionally agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities at your organization
  • Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • Use candidate information solely for lawful employment purposes
  • Not share, sell, or transfer candidate information to third parties
  • Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information
  • Remove job postings when positions are filled
  • Respond to applications in a reasonable timeframe

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

8.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • Employer job posting credits are non-refundable once used

8.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods but will apply upon renewal. We will provide notice of significant price changes.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by PopNet Media LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9.2 Trademarks

"Redstone Arsenal Jobs" and associated logos are trademarks of PopNet Media LLC. "Redstone Arsenal" is used as a geographic location reference and is not intended to imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any government agency.

9.3 DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, contact us at legal@redstonearsenaljobs.com with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will find employment or that employers will fill positions. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or the accuracy of job listings.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10.4 User Verification

While we may offer verification features, we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPNET MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PopNet Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Any employment dispute involving you

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@redstonearsenaljobs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and User Content
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PopNet Media LLC regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet disruptions.
